About Marek

Marek Orolín is a senior leasing professional with extensive experience in the industrial and logistics real estate sector, specializing in new business acquisition, lease negotiations, and long-term client advisory. He began his career in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on industrial and logistics leasing, advising both local and international occupiers. During this period, he was responsible for business development and portfolio management for key clients including IMI CCI, Sterimed, Rhenus Logistics, LGI, and Continental, building a strong foundation in tenant representation and strategic leasing advisory.

Following his consultancy role, Marek further broadened his transactional experience at 108 Agency, where he continued to negotiate leasing agreements and identify new market opportunities across the Czech industrial market. He subsequently joined P3 Logistics Parks, one of Europe’s leading industrial developers, where he progressed into the role of Leasing Manager. At P3, Marek was responsible for negotiating complex lease agreements, coordinating closely with legal teams, expanding and maintaining the client portfolio, and actively contributing to the company’s expansion and leasing strategy.

Across both advisory and landlord-side roles, Marek combines a deep understanding of occupier requirements with a developer’s perspective on value creation. He is recognized for his commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to build long-term client relationships within the industrial and logistics real estate segment.
